Killer's Abilities
In addition to the skills from the Killer tree, you should also consider the following abilities:
The Passive Sixth Sense ability from the Hunter Tree ensures that time slows down by a few seconds when the hero is discovered. This gives you time to react to the situation - best of all in combination with the active Rush Assassination ability. You can "teleport" to an opponent who has noticed your character before an open conflict breaks out.
The active ability Battle Cry of Ares from the Warrior Tree - the unique feature of this ability is that it increases all types of damage for a certain period of time. It can also increase the power of killer attacks. Moreover, this ability does not require the activation of adrenaline.
The active Overpower Attacks ability from the Warrior Tree is another very useful skill that is not limited to warrior characters. You can also use it, for example, with your trusty assassin daggers. Just remember that each activation of this ability requires you to use three segments of adrenaline.

Assassin's Equipment
The ideal weapon for an assassin is a dagger. All such weapons deal killer damage by default. Additionally, there is a high chance that some bonuses coming from the assassin's armor or engravings for this type of build will guarantee increased dagger damage.
The elements of this armor provide additional bonuses, for example, in the form of rapid accumulation of adrenaline due to hidden kills, faster movement when squatting, or increased damage caused by daggers.
An important part of building this build is choosing the right engravings so that you can inflict as much hidden damage as possible. The most interesting engravings on the assassin are:
+ x% of the assassin's damage+ x% of the total damage
+ x% chance of critical hit at full health - Use engravings that are effective at full (rather than low) health, because in most situations, the killer will attack enemies when he has 100% health.
+ x% critical damage
+ x% dagger damage
+ x% backstab damage
+ x% critical kill damage (and all other active assassin-related skills)
If you want to poison enemies with your attacks, pay attention to the following engravings:
